Introducing Click & Collect

Click and Collect is a new service which allows you to reserve your products on the website and then pay and collect them from your preferred store. Products will be available to collect from 60 minutes as long as you order by 7pm, and will be reserved for 24 hours.

How do I reserve a product online?

Products that are available for Click and Collect will have a Click and Collect button on the product page. You’ll then be able to choose the Click and Collect service and select your preferred collection store.

When you have done this you can continue shopping or proceed directly to the website check out. Your basket will clearly show all the products you have added and any products for Home Delivery and Click & Collect will be grouped together.

Click & Collect: how does it work in store?

  1. Once you have place your order, you will be notified by email and SMS when it is ready for collection
  2. All products will be held in the store for 24 hours from the time of notification
  3. When you visit the store to collect your products, please bring a copy of your order confirmation details with you, either printed or electronic.
  4. You will pay for your order in store, unless you have already paid online.

What if I cannot find the product that I want to order through Click & Collect? What do I do?

If a product is not available for Click and Collect, you may still be able to order the product for home delivery.

What if I want to return my Click & Collect order?

Click and Collect orders can be returned to any Al Futtaim Home Zone store subject to our return policy. Click Here for our Returns Policy.

What if I do not collect my Click & Collect order in 24 hours?

If you are delayed in collecting your order, please contact us. After 24 hours, your order may be cancelled, if not collected. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund you on the original payment method used to place your order.

How long do I have to return a Click & Collect order?

Orders can be returned subject to Al Futtaim Home Zone’s returns policy. All returns must be done in store. Click Here for our Returns Policy.

Can I change my collection point for my Click & Collect order after it has been placed?

Once a Click and Collect order has been placed, and a store selected, we are unable to change the collection point. If you would like to collect your order from a different store then a new order would need to be made, along with a request to cancel the original order.

Can you cancel a Click & Collect order?

Once a Click and Collect order has been placed, you can cancel it up until it is collected. To cancel your order, please email our Customer Service Centre through our Contact Us page or call us on (1758 0770) between 10.00am to 10.00pm: Saturday to Wednesday and 10:00am to 11:00pm: Thursday & Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note that if you have already paid online for your click and collect order, a cancellation will result in an automatic refund to your original payment method.
